- HR Compliance, Documentation & Reporting
- Primary onsite HR partner for the Indianapolis contact center
Requirements
- 4+ years progressive HR experience
- Strong employee relations & investigation skills
- Experience coaching leaders on performance issues
- Knowledge of U.S. employment practices & policy application
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, discretion, and professionalism required
