About JUNI: A leading independent entertainment company in Indonesia, empowering musicians and scaling impactful cultural footprints through music, concert, merchandise, and IPs.

As the sole HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end Human Resources functions independently.

Tasks

• Execute recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers) and design structured onboarding experiences.
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll (PPh 21, BPJS), draft legal documentation (PKWT, NDAs), and oversee confidential records.
• Assist with performance appraisals, be an approachable communication bridge, and build a healthy, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on experience as HRGeneralist/Operations (Solo HR a plus)
• Industry Background: Creative Agency, Entertainment, Media, Startup
• Hard Skills: Indonesian Labor Law, Payroll, BPJS
• Soft Skills: Interpersonal communication, adaptable, empathetic
• Work Ethic: High integrity, self-driven, organized
