Hr Generalist

We're looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to creating a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and employee concerns
- Administer HR policies, procedures and compliance
- Maintain HR records and generate HR reports
- Support learning & development and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- At least 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
