Requirements

- Preferably, experience in general HR functions, particularly recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, payroll preparation, and HR administration.
- Experience in a construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industry is an advantage.
- Experience working in an ISO-certified organization is an advantage.
