HR Generalist

About the role

Confidential is seeking an HR Generalist in Makati, Philippines. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee records, government requirements, employee concerns, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain employee records and 201 files.
• Coordinate with government agencies, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE.
• Assist with employee concerns, documentation, and HR administration.
• Support HR programs and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a manpower agency (local or international).
• Understanding of DOLE and labor regulations is an advantage.
• Experience handling employee records, 201 files, government-mandated requirements, and HR administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
