WE ARE HIRING! HR GENERALIST

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
• Age: 30 to 40 years old.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years end-to-end HR General and/or Manufacturing background preferred.
• Certifications: HR or OSH training (Bonus).

Technical & Functional Expertise
• Communication: Strong knowledge of DOLE laws, government benefits, and workplace safety.
• Recruitment: Can hire and onboard admin staff and factory workers.
• Systems: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for timekeeping and payroll. HR is knowledge in a plus.

Core Competencies & Soft Skills
• Confidentiality: Can strictly handle sensitive employee data and salaries.
• Employee Relations: Knows how to handle NTEs, resolve disputes, and maintain good culture.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for drafting memos and informing company policies.
• Time Management: Highly organized to meet deadlines, hiring targets, and daily HR tasks.
