About the role
Confidential is hiring an HR Generalist for an LPG steel cylinder manufacturing business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of end-to-end HR generalist and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
- HR or OSH training is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE laws, government benefits, and workplace safety.
- Ability to hire and onboard administrative staff and factory workers.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for timekeeping and payroll; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data and salaries confidentially.
- Knowledge of handling NTEs, resolving disputes, and maintaining a good culture.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for drafting memos and informing employees about company policies.
- Strong organization and time management to meet deadlines, hiring targets, and daily HR tasks.
