Confidential is seeking an HR Helpdesk professional for an onsite process.
Requirements
- College graduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 18 months of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, CS, or HR Operations.
- Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, or case management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC and able to start ASAP.
