ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and follow up
- Maintain and update HR databases
- Support in employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with team members and HR head
- Support in onboarding and documentation
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic MS Office Knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Positive attitude & team player
