About the role
Tafsol Technologies is looking for motivated and detail-oriented HR professionals to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates and experienced candidates who want to gain practical exposure within a software development company environment.
Tasks
- Talent sourcing, interview coordination, employee communication, documentation, maintaining HR records, and supporting overall HR processes.
- Recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates & Experienced Candidates can apply.
- Experience in HR functions within Web, Mobile App, or Software development companies will be preferred.
