Job Summary
• Assists in recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Supports onboarding of new employees
• Maintains employee records and HR databases
• Helps with attendance and admin tasks
• Assists in employee engagement activities

Qualifications
• Must be a college student taking up Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Management, or any related courses
• Has good communication skills
• Willing to work on-site (Marikina City)
