HR Intern (Remote Internship)

DURATION: 3 Months
INTERNSHIP TYPE: Remote
WORKING DAYS: Mon - Sat (Sunday Off)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates from job portals, social media & professional networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews & follow-ups
- Communicate with candidates and maintain records
- Support onboarding & documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Prepare reports and daily updates
- Learn industry practices related to talent acquisition & HR operations

SKILLS YOU’LL GAIN
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment & HR processes
- Strong coordination & time management
- Professional communication with candidates
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
