HR Manager – Miami, Florida

MSC Cruise Line is hiring a full-time, on-site HR Manager in Miami, Florida. This experienced human resources leader will manage the employee lifecycle and lead HR operations, helping foster a positive, effective workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team: Manage and guide HR team members and provide support to junior personnel.
• Recruitment and onboarding: Develop strategies to attract and retain qualified employees and oversee a smooth, professional onboarding process.
• Employee development: Provide training, coaching, counseling, and professional development support.
• Employee relations: Build positive relationships across the organization and resolve workplace conflicts through fair, constructive mediation.
• Performance and compensation: Conduct performance reviews and assist with compensation and wage reviews.
• Policies and compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies; support compliance with applicable employment practices, privacy requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Investigations and employee processes: Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, and termination processes in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Confidentiality: Protect confidential employee information and maintain professional HR records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or a senior HR role.
• Strong understanding of employment practices, workplace policies, privacy requirements, and applicable health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
