Job description
We are looking for a committed and hands-on HR Officer / HR Generalist to join our growing construction company. Grow with us and help build a stronger team—on-site and beyond!
QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experienced in HR Generalist
• Able to recruit and source for various staffing needs for project sites
• Knowledgeable in payroll, salary, and other HR-related computations
• Can handle and resolve employee/human resource concerns, particularly in a construction site environment
• Familiar with basic HR policies, HR documentation, and employee relations
• Organized, responsible, and committed to the job
• Proactive and willing to work independently
• Willing to work on-site or relocate to a construction site
• Willing to work night and shift based on project needs
• Willing to grow and contribute to the teamwork and construction site environment
