Job description
AVL Motocraft Corp is hiring a full-time HR Officer / HR Generalist in Taytay, Calabarzon, Philippines. Join a collaborative HR team and help strengthen workplace culture, employee engagement, and people practices in a dynamic, mid-sized company. This is an on-site position reporting to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding to help new employees acclimate to the company and its culture.
- Administer performance management processes, evaluations, and feedback.
- Support employees and managers with employee relations questions and concerns.
- Monitor applicable labor laws and promote compliance across HR practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and use HR software for data management.
- Organize training and development initiatives that encourage continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management; 2–5 years preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation and Employment
Salary: 23000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site role in Taytay, Calabarzon, Philippines.
Team and Reporting
Work closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals. You will report directly to the HR Manager.
