Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding programs to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
• Oversee performance management systems ensuring timely evaluations and constructive feedback.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance to employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations by staying updated on legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HR software for efficient data management.
• Organize training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning and employee growth.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-5 years proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

As part of a collaborative HR team, you will work closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals. This full-time role reports directly to the HR Manager and offers a competitive monthly salary of ₱23,000.
