Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews. Develop and facilitate onboarding programs that help new employees integrate smoothly into the company culture. Oversee performance management processes, ensuring timely evaluations and constructive feedback. Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, providing support and guidance to staff and management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations by staying current with legal updates. Maintain accurate HR records and efficiently use HR software for data management. Coordinate training and development initiatives to promote continuous employee growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency with HR software and tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. As part of a collaborative HR team, you will work closely with department heads and report directly to the HR Manager, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role is based onsite in Taytay and is not remote eligible. Salary: ₱23,000 per month
