HR Professional (Thai & Mandarin) – Jakarta, Indonesia

Funtomato Consultancy Inc is hiring a full-time HR Professional fluent in Thai and Mandarin for an on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia. This opportunity is ideal for an HR and administration professional who can support recruitment, employee operations, payroll, and office administration for the Thailand team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and talent acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring for the Thailand team, including job postings, résumé screening, interview scheduling, and initial interviews. Recruit for roles such as TikTok livestream hosts, live-stream operations, KOL operations, and content operations.
• Partner with department heads to clarify hiring needs, improve recruitment processes, and meet hiring targets.
• HR and payroll administration: Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee confirmation, transfers, and employee records.
• Track attendance and leave requests and process expense reimbursements.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and support timely salary disbursement.
• Administrative and operational support: Oversee day-to-day office administration, including workplace upkeep, supply procurement, and company assets and equipment.
• Coordinate business meetings, team events, and other operational logistics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Fluency in spoken and written Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
• One to two years of relevant experience in human resources or general administration, with recruitment experience preferred.
