HR Recruiter

About the role

Boyenhaddin is hiring an HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with reporting managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Negotiate salary offers and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support a positive candidate experience and ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
