Job description
SPD Jobs, Inc. Lemon Square Branch is currently looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
• Ability to conduct applicant sourcing, initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling applicant records, trackers, reports, and documentation
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resource management
