HR Recruiter

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Join our growing HR team! Looking for an experienced, energetic, and bilingual HR recruiter to support hiring efforts in our fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual English & Spanish (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in:
- Food Processing
- Manufacturing
- Warehouse
- Production Environment
- Cold Storage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring events

Responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Phone screenings & interviews
- Hiring events & job fairs
- Candidate sourcing & community outreach
- Background checks & onboarding support
- Recruitment reporting & metrics tracking
- Workforce planning & retention initiatives
