WORK LOCATION: PARANAQUE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Female or male,
- maximum 35 years old
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.)
- Experience hiring foreign candidates is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and update applicant databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
