SALARY: CTC up to 30000 LPA + PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT (BFSI) positions
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media & databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline
- Follow up with candidates from interview stage to offer & joining
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Meet monthly hiring targets

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment
- Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
- Hands-on experience with job portals
- Target-driven and proactive approach
