Responsible for the sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates for Store Operations requirements of all RSC within the prescribed turnaround time. It shall ensure timely endorsement of all required documents for proper employee on-boarding and proper client and camdidate management. The position will also entail traveling within the Philippines to participate in different sourcing activities and initiatives.
