HR Specialist
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, supporting the company’s growth and contributing to the development of a strong organizational culture.
Key responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment and selection process, developing talent acquisition plans based on business needs, including CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding follow-upOversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments while continuously improving employee benefits and overall experienceManage labor relations processes, including onboarding, probation periods, promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and up-to-date employee recordsDesign and enhance training programs, coordinating onboarding sessions, technical and soft skills development, collecting feedback, and optimizing training initiativesSupport management in performance evaluation processesPrevent and manage labor conflicts, promoting a healthy work environment and addressing workplace-related issuesOrganize team-building initiatives and activities that strengthen company cultureAct as a liaison with external vendors and stakeholders related to the HR function
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in HR roles within medium or large companies; experience in international environments will be considered a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fieldsProven ability to independently manage recruitment and payroll processesStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsExcellent communication, organizational, planning, and teamwork skillsAbility to work under pressure with a high level of executionAdvanced level of English
