HR Specialist Chinese Speaker

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: HR Specialist (Chinese Speaker)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Chile. The HR Specialist will be primarily responsible for the Training and Performance Management modules. Key duties include overseeing the complete employee development cycle, from identifying training needs and delivering programs to conducting performance evaluations and managing development plans. While the role encompasses day-to-day HR operations, policy implementation, its central focus is on enhancing employee capabilities and driving performance across the organization.
Responsibilities: Work with the business to understand its needs, create a yearly plan for all trainings in the office, and run trainings.Work with the regional team to help set up and run the digital learning platform based on their requirements.Use fluent Chinese every day for all work activities.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in the telecommunications or tech industry is a plusFluent communication in English and Chinese
