HR Supervisor

Tasks

• Manage the day-to-day human resources activities for local factory employees.
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments to address HR-related matters.
• Assist with recruitment, employee records management, and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (mandatory requirement), and a native Spanish speaker.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively across departments.
