About the role
Be part of a dynamic team that values people, builds great workplaces, and creates exceptional dining experiences. The Hrad Assistant is in the HRAD department and reports to the HRAD Officer.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and restaurant positions.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Provide administrative support and monitor inventory.
- Coordinate with departments and restaurant branches.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers.
- Support employee engagement and other HRAD activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–2 years of HR, recruitment, or administrative experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or volume recruitment is an advantage.
