Hradmin - Hse Iso Compliance Au Experience

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR, Business Administration, HSE, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR/Admin, HSE, compliance, or a similar role.
• Australian work experience is required.
• Experience handling HR processes and HSE functions.
• ISO certification and employee compliance experience required.
• Experience using any CRM system.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order scheduling is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Willing to work office-based.
