HSE Lead

Tasks

• Provide daily field-level HSE support across our self-perform scopes: raised access flooring, hot/cold aisle containment, high-density structural ceilings, security cages and cabinets, conveyance systems, and commissioning support
• Lead pre-task planning, AHA development, and daily crew engagement
• Conduct inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
• Verify compliance with 29 CFR 1926 - Subpart M (fall protection), Subpart K (electrical), Subparts L/X (scaffolds and ladders) - plus GC and owner-specific requirements
• Partner with superintendents and foremen to drive a culture where production and safety are not competing priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction HSE experience; interiors, electrical, or mission-critical preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction required; OSHA 500 or BCSP credentials (CHST, OHST, GSP) a strong plus
• Competent Person designation in fall protection
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Schedule

• Willingness to work night shifts and travel as project demands require
