We are looking for a motivated HR professional to support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. Implement and advise on HR policies to boost employee engagement and ensure compliance. Support performance management including evaluations and feedback sessions. Coordinate training programs and develop resources for employee development. Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally and promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in recruitment and candidate assessment techniques. Knowledgeable in HR policies, performance management systems, and training methods.
