Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job description creation, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans. Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support performance management by training managers on effective evaluation methods. Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly. Analyze HR metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
