Human Resource Manager HR

Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment, job postings, screening, and interviews
- Handle employee concerns & grievances
- Conduct onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle training and development activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents
- Provide daily administrative support to operations
- Implement HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field preferred
- Has a Proven Mastery of the full HR cycle function
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Talent Acquisition, Offboarding, & Employee Relations
- Skilled in Compensation & Benefits and Employee Engagement
- Strong ability to work independently as a standalone HR practitioner
- Willing to work on-site in Caloocan (UpStart client)
