Human Resource Officer

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrate management/supervision experience in Human Resource management.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOE regulations, employment standards, and workplace policies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR personnel, manage HR programs, resolve employee concerns, and support management in HR-related decision-making.
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, workforce plans, employee development programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Strong ability to conduct audits, manage recruitment and staffing, and ensure compliance.
- Competent in performance management systems and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong ability to manage confidential personnel records, HR documentation, reports, and employee information systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Workspace, HR information systems, and other digital tools).
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
