Human Resource Officer - Learning Development

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the Bank’s learning and development programs in collaboration with Bank leaders and learning partners. The role prepares and updates learning materials, coordinates external training and seminars, and supports employee growth and capability-building initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, any Business-related or Social Sciences Courses
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in the field of Learning & Development
