What You’ll Do
- Help candidates improve resumes and prepare for interviews
- Learn about job seekers’ goals and assist with matching them to opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate and job placement records
- Respond to questions and support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide timely application updates
- Work with the team to improve job placement support
What You’ll Need
- A friendly, helpful approach to customer support
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfort working remotely with limited supervision
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to find answers
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn job-related software
