Human Resources Business Partner

Tasks

• Partner with leaders across the business to provide guidance on employee relations, labor relations, investigations, performance management, recruitment, and HR programs.
• Support a unionized workforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or Generalist capacity
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and labor relations experience
• Experience working in a unionized environment, including grievance handling and collective agreements
• Full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for engineering, technical, or manufacturing roles
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Strong HRIS, documentation, and administrative skills
• CPHR designation and UKG experience are considered assets
