• Partners closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, strengthening employee engagement and retention, build high-performing teams, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, programs, systems, and processes.
• Provides direct leadership and supervision to HR managers and team leaders, ensuring consistent execution of HR services, effective team performance, appropriate escalation management, and continuous improvement across all HR functions.
• Leads end-to-end Talent Acquisition and workforce planning, including manpower forecasting, recruitment strategy, talent pipelines, hiring, onboarding, and recruitment performance.
• Provides overall governance of payroll and compensation operations, ensuring accurate, timely, cost-effect, and compliant payroll execution, delivering coordination with Finance and external partners as needed.
• Demonstrates strong experience supervising managers and building high-performing HR leadership team.
• Oversees HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient and consistent execution of policies, processes, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and HR compliance. Advises senior leaders and managers on complex employee issues, organizational changes, workforce issues, and people-related risks.
• Directly leads, manages, coaches, and develops HR managers and multidisciplinary HR teams, establishing accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement across the function.
• Leverages Workday, Neaymo, and Genesys to manage HR information, payroll, workforce processes, reporting, and HR operations, while utilizing people analytics and HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensures HR systems, policies, processes, and practices remain accurate, efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational requirements.
• Primarily based at the Alabang office, with periodic business travel to the Pampanga site for operational requirements (as required).
