New Found Land Manpower Services is looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Head to lead our HR team in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines. Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from staffing needs analysis to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management systems, guiding employee evaluations and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations to protect both company and employees.
- Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate professional development programs to upskill employees.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and support data-driven decisions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is required.
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and relevant labor legislation.
- Familiarity with common HR software and tools.
- Minimum of 5 years in a human resources leadership role preferred.
