Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment from staffing-needs assessment through candidate onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Oversee performance management, employee evaluations, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
