Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance effectively.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
