HVAC Construction Project Manager

Tasks

• Direct mechanical and HVAC/R sheet metal operations for commercial construction projects on Massachusetts' South Shore (Norfolk County, Greater Boston).
• Own air distribution, ductwork, equipment setup, and subcontractor coordination from schedule establishment through closeout.
• Establish project schedules and coordinate with pre-construction, safety, estimating, and BIM/fabrication teams.
• Review technical equipment submittals and procure mechanical materials and vendor packages.
• Issue trade subcontracts and monitor daily field progress against milestones.
• Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, schedules of values, and the change-order process.
• Implement safety plans, review drawings for design conflicts, and build schedule recovery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years commercial HVAC/R project management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
• Proficiency in Procore/BIM
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
