Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing HVAC operations team by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to achieve excellence. Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC installation projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with all relevant building codes and industry regulations. Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly. Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget adherence, and team performance for senior management. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to implement new technologies and best practices in HVAC operations. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC operations or construction management, preferably in multifamily or new construction projects. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of HVAC technicians and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work on-site full-time in Alpharetta, GA, with a hands-on management style.
