Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and air conditioning units to ensure peak performance. Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot system failures promptly to minimize downtime. Perform routine inspections to detect inefficiencies and prevent equipment breakdowns. Work closely with project management to assess and implement HVAC project specifications accurately. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system operations and maintenance needs. Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and system readings, for accurate reporting and billing. Follow strict safety protocols and comply with industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is mandatory. Proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of common refrigerants and adherence to safety standards. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and HVAC industry-standard software. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred.
