Role Overview
As an HVAC Sales Consultant in Winnipeg, you will work directly with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend suitable solutions. The role includes lead generation, in-home consultations, product presentations, and guiding customers through the full sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct in-home consultations and product presentations.
- Prepare proposals and quotations based on customer needs.
- Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
- Track sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to support sales goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least two years of sales experience is required.
- Customer service experience is required.
- HVAC sales experience is preferred.
