Role Overview
As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company—working directly with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend energy-efficient solutions. This role involves lead generation, in-home consultations, presentations, and guiding customers through the full sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct in-home consultations and product presentations
- Prepare proposals and quotations based on customer needs
- Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Track sales activity and identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and management to support sales goals
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required)
- HVAC sales experience (preferred)
- Customer service background (required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
