Job description
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access controls, and audit compliance within a regulated financial services environment.
Tasks
- Manage user onboarding, role changes, access provisioning, and offboarding.
- Perform periodic access reviews and access certifications.
- Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) and privileged account monitoring.
- Maintain least privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Support internal/external audits, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes through automation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IAM or Identity & Access Management.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk/PAM, Okta, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of user lifecycle management, access governance, and access certifications.
- Understanding of SOX, FFIEC, GLBA, and audit/compliance requirements.
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
