Job description
One95 The Art of Immigration is hiring a full-time IATA Travel Counter Staff member in Sharjah, UAE. In this customer-facing travel agency role, you will assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, ticketing, and required documentation.
Salary: 3,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions about destinations, travel packages, and tickets.
- Use IATA systems to book, modify, and cancel travel reservations.
- Prepare and process tickets, itineraries, travel insurance, and other travel documents.
- Provide information about travel restrictions and passport and visa requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and follow industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory IATA certification and proficiency with IATA systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of travel documentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- One to two years of travel industry experience preferred.
- Additional travel and tourism certifications are an advantage.
Work Environment
Work alongside experienced travel agents and customer service professionals, reporting to the Travel Agency Manager. This position is based at the travel counter in Sharjah and is not remote.
