Note: IATA certification is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the travel counter with inquiries about travel destinations, packages, and ticketing.
• Use IATA systems to book, modify, and cancel travel reservations efficiently.
• Prepare and process travel documentation including tickets, itineraries, and travel insurance.
• Provide accurate information on travel restrictions, passport, and visa requirements.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in IATA systems and travel documentation knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant travel and tourism certifications are an advantage.
