Job description
Tasks
- Manage IBM FileNet administration, configuration, and system changes.
- Execute project deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Perform content mass updates using IBM FileNet APIs.
- Identify, assess, and remediate IBM FileNet vulnerabilities.
- Manage IBM FileNet Sweep operations for content migration.
- Integrate FileNet with storage devices, cloud platforms, and storage grid technologies.
- Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.
- Work with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Utilize command-line interfaces (CLI) and cloud technologies for administration and support.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet 5.x.
- Expertise in FileNet administration, development, and configuration.
- Experience with upgrades, deployments, and production support.
- Knowledge of FileNet APIs, content migration, and Sweep functionality.
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and storage integrations.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud storage, and CLI.
