ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Join a General Medical-Surgical ICU team in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tasks

• Provide critical care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical ICU
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients using advanced clinical assessment skills
• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Operate and monitor advanced ICU equipment
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
• Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Preferred: CCRN certification, NIHSS certification, Cerner EMR experience
• Candidates residing within 50 miles are not eligible.

Schedule

• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Dates: October 26, 2026 – January 23, 2027
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3 × 12-hour shifts
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3 × 12-hour shifts
• Candidates must be available to work 2 Major Holidays out of 3: Thanksgiving Day | Christmas Day | New Year's Day
• 1 Minor Holiday: Friday after Thanksgiving | Christmas Eve | New Year's Eve

Pay

• $55.00/hr
