Job description
Tasks
- Reviews and processes license renewal and reinstatement applications for insurance producers and agencies, ensuring compliance with state laws and policies.
- Verifies background documents, consults databases such as Vertafore/Sircon, NIPR, and FINRA, and manages reinstatement waivers and exam requirements.
- Maintains the IDOI licensing web pages, troubleshoots system errors with vendors, and implements process improvements.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking candidate progress, and reviewing continuing education forms.
