Key Responsibilities Perform ignition and residential locksmith services including lock installations, replacements, and repairs. Respond to emergency service calls for lockouts and security issues swiftly and efficiently. Provide consultations to clients regarding security systems and locksmith solutions tailored to their specific needs. Install and service various locking mechanisms, including electronic and smart locks. Maintain and organize tools and equipment for daily operations to ensure optimal performance. Document service calls and manage inventory of locksmith supplies. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. In this role, you will be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing our service offerings, while working closely with other locksmith professionals and customer service representatives. Success will be measured through customer feedback, response times, and successful service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proven experience in locksmithing, with a focus on residential locks and ignition systems. Relevant certifications in locksmithing (preferred). Familiarity with tools commonly used in locksmithing, including key cutting machines and lockout tools. A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential locksmith services is preferred.
