Implementation Consultant

📢 Job Search: Implementation Consultant (SaaS/ERP)We are hiring an Implementation Consultant/Implementation Specialist to support our clients in adopting our software. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations, from the initial setup to training and support, ensuring a smooth transition and a quality experience.
Main Responsibilities✅ Configure and launch the software for new clients.✅ Train end users and provide support during the implementation process.✅ Document issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.✅ Report on the status of implementations and pending tasks.✅ Client visits (availability for onsite trips required).
Required Profile✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or software implementation is MANDATORY. Experience with accounting or hotel software is a plus.✅ Communication skills and customer-oriented.✅ Conversational English (REQUIRED).✅ Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing, video calls, and documentation.

Work ConditionsContractor position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Costa Rica time).
