In this role, you will support client onboarding, quality assurance processes, data validation, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives while working closely with internal teams and clients.What You'll DoReview and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Support client onboarding and implementation activities.Conduct quality reviews and identify process improvement opportunities.Maintain reports, documentation, and operational records.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Client Success, Client Relations, Customer Operations, Account Management, Benefits Administration, HR Operations, or similar roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail.Experience working with reports, KPIs, audits, or data validation.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Nice to HaveExperience in Benefits Administration, HR, Payroll, or Compliance.Experience with CRM, HRIS, Salesforce, Zendesk, PrismHR, or similar platforms.Previous experience supporting client implementations or onboarding processes.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and ensuring quality and accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!Apply today and become part of a growing team focused on quality, client success, and operational excellence.
