Implementation Specialist

`Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead multiple implementation projects with defined timelines for clients via phone, email, and web-based channels; projects are typically multiphase, including analysis, configuration, training, testing, and support.Thoroughly track, organize, document, and communicate all product implementation-related activities for each client.Act as a liaison between various parties for projects involving multiple product offerings or interfaces for Fiserv and third-party vendors.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Fiserv products and services, staying current with relevant industry trends and best practices.Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, including resolving small to moderately complex product and/or technical issues.Guide clients through setup, testing, and procedures, including conducting training sessions and presentations.Provide technical and product support to other Implementation Analysts and various Fiserv teams.Assist with documentation and review of implementation procedures.Provide occasional after-hours support and adjust schedules as needed to support client implementations.Deliver reporting to senior management and manage projects and time tracking within Clarity.
Basic qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or 2+ years of experience in related areas.2 Years minimum experience managing customer facing projects or in a client support role.Experience managing client expectations and delivering client-ready communications, conduct meetings and presentationsExperience managing project deliverables and keep client and internal partners on taskExperience with implementations of products with external customers in other geographiesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient core computer skills (ex. Microsoft Outlook, Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Windows basics)Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areasAbility to operate independently with minimal guidance by managementStrong interpersonal skillsMust be a team player.Excellent verbal/written English CommunicationAdvanced English Level (90% or C1 equivalent)
